The role of a project manager is to undertake the overall responsibility for the successful
initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project within
time and budget.
Our Project Management services include, but not limited to:

Advising the client on procedure, as well as technical and functional characteristics
and requirements of the Project

Preparation of programmes and documentation of construction in order to establish and
maintain the contract completion date and any update in the programmes.

Report on, administer and coordinate the development, design and construction activities
applicable to the Project, including the related financial management thereof.

Prepare the letters of appointments for all the Design Professionals and have same appointed.

Investigation of the financial implications in relation to the proposal or feasibility
studies including the preparation of detailed cost estimates with regards any
proposed Variation as set out in the Variation Procedure.

Making arrangement for the provision to the client of the “as built” drawings and all such
documentation as required to be delivered by the contractor or other consultants on the
completion of the works.

Making arrangements for the provision to the client of all necessary guarantees and operation manuals,
including ensuring that the necessary training has been provided
to the Operations Subcontractor staff.
